Seven 'Yes' votes. Batch 4 can be approved, but a confirmation of templates' revision according to comments is needed.

Ask Onno to "clean" Batch 3 from templates used in Batch 4 Call for voting With deadline on 20th of July

What are requirements both from PCA and end-users? Establish endpoint, is PCA ready to publish? Workflow of templates after approval? Production of OWL file Annotation Properties? Part 8 has annotations that do not correspond to Part6. Publish only necessary triples for template definition, required by Part 8. What are other publishing options (a) only necesary triples as specified in Part 8, (b) full specifications as on 15926.org? Procedure for Template revision (Next Meeting), MMT voting, adopt procedure used for the main PCA RDL.

DS: clarify requirements and other issues Part 3 templated (discussed on 25th of June in SC4/WG3/22 Meeting)
