Here you can find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the RDS Operations Support Service. In addition all posted tickets and additional PCA Trac project information is easily available trough the search function.

Before you create a new RDS Operations Support request, make sure you've done the appropriate searching:

  You are welcome to make requests about the RDS and RDL either by creating a [wiki:RdsCreateNewTicket ticket], sending an [mailto:rdssupport@posccaesar.org e-mail] or by telephone. Non PCA members are not able to create tickets, but may post requests both by [mailto:rdssupport@posccaesar.org e-mail] and telephone.
