RDS Operations Support FAQ *****Under construction*****

Here you can find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the RDS Operations Support Service. In addition all posted tickets and additional PCA Trac project information is easily available trough the search function.

Before you create a new RDS Operations Support request, make sure you've done the appropriate searching:

  • in the RDS Operations Support FAQ
  • in the PCA project sites or in the PCA ticket system, using either a full search or a ticket query.

If you have a question not answered by your search or in the FAQ, you are welcome to make a ticket or send an e-mail to [email protected].



How do I send a request?

You are welcome to make requests about the RDS and RDL either by creating a ticket, sending an e-mail or by telephone. Non PCA members are not able to create tickets, but may post requests both by e-mail and telephone.
