The reference data consists of ISO/TS 15926-4 (https://www.iso.org/standard/73830.html) with possible extensions. It is represented based on ISO 15926-2 (https://www.iso.org/standard/29557.html) and ISO/TS 15926-12 (https://www.iso.org/standard/70695.html). The reference data is also available as electronic inserts to ISO/TS 15926-4 here (https://standards.iso.org/iso/15926/-4/reference-data-library-v2/reference-data-library-v2-view1.html).
