	111	Jarl Kvanli is Project Manager and Advisor at Consulting Network Norway AS. He holds a Cand Scient-degree (MSc) in Informatics from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Trondheim) and Master of Management in Innovation from the BI Norwegian Business School (Oslo). He also has an degree from the Norwegian Air Force College. He has more than 10 years of experience, from several positions, in the Norwegian Air Force and the Norwegian Army, and 10 years of experience as Project Manager and Advisor in several consultants companies.
