 * Ideally, would like a Trac site set up similarly to this one, but with an IDS-ADI banner.

 * Would include all combined IDS-ADI projects, such as P7L, RDS/WIP etc.

 * Ideally, would use combined authentication with other PCA sites (register once).

 * But authorization would be separate per-site.
